Chou Lab at the 38th Annual Southern California Society of Toxicology Fall Meeting

Wei-Chun Chou delivers the invited keynote presentation at the 38th Annual Southern California Society of Toxicology Fall Meeting.

Chou Lab participated in the 38th Annual Southern California Society of Toxicology Fall Meeting in San Diego on October 7, 2026.

Dr. Wei-Chun Chou was invited to deliver a keynote presentation titled “From Mechanistic Modeling to AI-Enabled Toxicology: Nanomedicine Delivery and Biological Response.” The presentation highlighted the lab’s work integrating mechanistic modeling, PBPK approaches, artificial intelligence, nanomedicine delivery, and biological-response prediction.

Chou Lab trainees also presented their research during the meeting. We congratulate undergraduate researcher Harshitha Nandula, who received an Undergraduate Student Poster Presentation Award for her work.

Keyuan Li and Sarala Gopala also presented posters highlighting ongoing Chou Lab research in AI-enabled toxicology and nanomedicine.

The meeting provided an opportunity for Chou Lab members to share ongoing research, engage with the Southern California toxicology community, and highlight emerging applications of AI-enabled approaches in toxicology.
